HV Engineering (HVE), a consulting firm established in 1996, has immediate openings for energetic and innovative Mechanical Designer/Engineers with HVAC and plumbing consulting design experience. Senior Mechanical Engineer
The ideal candidate will have:
- BSME, or equivalent degree, and P.E. license
- 10+ years of experience in the consulting engineering field
- Desire for ownership potential within 2-5 years
- 2000+ hours of work experience with AutoCAD
- HVAC load calculation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
- Significant client contact experience
- REVIT experience a plus
- Detailed knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Experience with delivering successful projects on time and on budget
- Ability to oversee the HVAC/plumbing design of projects from concept to completion, including continuous interface with the design team and clients
Mechanical Engineer
The ideal candidate will have:
- BSME, or equivalent degree, with EIT registration a plus
- 3+ years of experience in the consulting engineering field
- 2000+ hours of work experience with AutoCAD
- HVAC load calculation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- REVIT experience a plus
Mechanical/CAD Designer
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4000+ hours of work experience with AutoCAD
- 3+ years of building HVAC and plumbing design experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking ability
- REVIT experience a plus
- Formal CAD certificate/training/associates degree a plus
