Miriam Miller
Membership Promotion Chair
Miriam is an Account Manager at Trane in Seattle and has been with the company since 2023. Originally from San Diego, California, Miriam studied engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where she first became involved with ASHRAE. This is her third year on the ASHRAE Puget Sound Board as Membership Promotion Chair, and she is proud to support the region and excited to help strengthen the local ASHRAE community. She is passionate about building connections within the industry and is looking forward to continuing to contribute to ASHRAE at both the chapter and society levels.
Membership Promotion Committee publicizes the aims, activities, achievements, and scientific and educational purposes of the Society to encourage qualified persons to apply for membership. The committee also monitors the Society’s membership demographics and, where appropriate, adjusts or creates programs to ensure that individuals from all demographic backgrounds are being equally attracted to ASHRAE.
