Mentor Night on Tuesday January 17th, 2017 at Seattle Central College (SCC)

Need of Volunteers in Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical and Chemical engineering to help round out the Mentors attending.
The Puget Sound Engineering Council (PSEC) together with Seattle Central College (SCC) will be holding its Mentor Night on Tuesday January 17th, 2017.  The link to the sign-up can be found on the PSEC Mentor Night webpage.

This Engineering Mentor Night will give engineering and pre-engineering students an opportunity to meet representatives from the wide spectrum of practice in the profession of engineering.
 
Students can:
• Meet professional engineers
• Explore opportunities in engineering
• Get advice from professionals
• Learn more about employment in engineering
 
The events are intended for students to speak with engineering professionals in person, and no ongoing mentoring relationship is expected.  Food and refreshments will be provided. Mentors are asked to bring a sample of work that will fit on a 30″ x 30″ table top for potential discussion with the students.

The event will be held in the usual place, the 1st floor atrium in the Science and Math Building (SAM) which is building number 2 on the campus map below. Parking will be provided in the Harvard Parking Garage shown as building number 10 on the campus map below. Mentors will be sent a Parking Pass prior to the event. Note: North is pointing to the right.
