Speaker Bio: Perry England, Vice President of Building Performance at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions Mr. England he helps building owners make efficiency and decarbonization investments that pay for themselves.  He’s a passionate leader for our state’s environment and for the right of every individual to find a meaningful path to economic security.  He currently serves as President of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) and as the Past Chair of Washington’s Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board.  Perry is also an active contributor and member of the Smart Buildings Center Board of Directors.
