Facilities Engineering Manager, MA
Facilities Engineering Manager needed for an expanding biomedical research facility. Advances in biomed technology are driving requirements for the development and build of new facilities. Position responsibilities will include: Manage the build, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced biomedical research laboratories. Oversee new construction and renovation of existing infrastructure, including development of specifications, permitting and certification for utilities, mechanical, safety, and building automation systems. Develop operational plans for laboratories and utilities, specify staffing requirements and maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Location: Eastern Massachusetts
Compensation: $125 – 155K base, depending upon experience level
Qualifications:
• Minimum BS Engineering degree and 5+ years Facilities Engineering experience.
• Self-directed and motivated, capable of working in a dynamic and expanding environment.
• Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
