Role Overview:
The Detailing Manager will be responsible for project constructability, coordination, and spooling services for all mechanical and plumbing systems. The Detailing Manager (Constructability Leader) will work with various teams and departments to fully scope out all project details, plan and prepare for construction, and oversee all aspects of the project until construction is achieved. The successful candidate will have previous management/supervisory experience working on mechanical, plumbing, electrical construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred
- 6-12 years’ experience in a related field with strong MEP experience
- Prior MEP supervision/management experience is preferred
