November 2024 Chapter Meeting Recap and Photos

Last month, we had a unique and unforgettable chapter meeting at Swedish Issaquah Hospital. Even with the hospital running on emergency power after a bomb cyclone, the event was a success!

Our session, Strategies to Achieve Low EUI at a Hospital Facility: Swedish Issaquah, featured two phenomenal speakers: Brad Shaw, Senior Building Automation Engineer, and Andrea Piña, Facilities Manager for Swedish Issaquah. They shared the hospital’s journey to achieving their lowest-ever Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of 94.9 (weather normalized), along with practical strategies and lessons learned that attendees could take back to their own work.

A HUGE shoutout to Brad and Andrea for taking the time to present and to Swedish Issaquah for hosting us under such unique circumstances.

Check out some photos from the event below. Thanks to everyone who attended!
