and Puget Sound ASHRAE Chapter Scholarships ! 🌟

The Puget Sound ASHRAE Chapter is thrilled to unveil a golden opportunity for aspiring professionals in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R).

Founded in 1993, the Harry Clayton Sutch Scholarship is named in honor of our past member and mechanical engineer who was active in the Puget Sound chapter. Mr. Sutch willed an endowed to our chapter which has provided decades of past awards to deserving students.

The Puget Sound Chapter Scholarship is separately funded by member dues and corporate sponsorships.

Both scholarships aim to recognize and support exceptional individuals who demonstrate a passion for innovation and sustainability within the built environment. The Board of Governors (BOG) has decided to combine both scholarships into a single application process starting in 2024.

📚 Scholarship Details:

Open to students pursuing studies in HVAC&R or related disciplines, these scholarships are a testament to our commitment to fostering talent and driving excellence in the industry. Successful applicants will not only receive financial assistance but also gain access to a network of industry experts, mentorship opportunities, and exclusive events hosted by the Puget Sound ASHRAE Chapter.

Awards are based on desire, merit, and motivation to attend college, without regard to a student’s financial need or the financial situation of the student’s parents.
