Student Activities Committee develops a comprehensive program for the educational community for the purpose of promoting and encouraging engineering and HVAC&R careers. It administers and promotes student activities at all levels in the educational system.

The purpose of the Student Activities Committee is to spark interest and passion in K-12 and college students regarding the HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) industry. By highlighting its critical role in sustainability and environmental impact, we aim to empower the next generation with the knowledge and enthusiasm to pursue careers in HVAC&R, ensuring a greener future through innovative solutions and skilled professionals.

The student activities committee is always looking for industry professionals to volunteer! For a volunteer position or questions about volunteering, please email us at students@pugetsoundashrae.org. You can also watch for our volunteer opportunities in the ASHRAE monthly newsletters.
