March 2025 Chapter Meeting – Tacoma Dome Site Visit

The Tacoma Dome is one of the largest wooden domed structures in the world. Owned and operated by the City of Tacoma’s Venues & Events Department, the Dome’s flexibility is key to its success. With state-of-the-art telescopic seating and an extensive curtaining system, nearly any event is possible. Its unique configurations allow the Tacoma Dome to accommodate between 1,000 and 21,000 patrons, making it the largest indoor venue in Washington State. Lunch will be provided. When registering, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Park in the J Lot. Upon arrival, check in with Tacoma Dome’s 24-hour security team. See map below.

Professional – $40 (ASHRAE Members, use Member2425 for $5 off)
Student – Free (Limited to 15 spots)

Please note that event registration fees are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason, including cancellation or no-show. However, we can accommodate transferring your registration to another individual or to a future event upon request. We appreciate your understanding and support.
