Topic: Green Building / Green Globe, Update on New ANSI Standards
Move over LEED, there’s a new kid on the block. While LEED has morphed into a complicated, confusing, and expensive tool used to certify a building green, The Green Building Initiative has quietly been certifying buildings to a much better, simpler, more effective, and less expensive certification system called Green Globes. The presenter will discuss the main differences between LEED and Green Globes, how Green Globes beats lead in every category, and exciting new developments in the Green Globes rating system that will ensure its superiority for years to come.
