Join this lively discussion as we explore multiple Seattle projects pursuing the Living Building Pilot Program (LBPP). Projects that comply with the stringent energy and water reduction goals and Living Building Petal Certification are rewarded land use benefits, including additional floor area and height. These projects are required to ‘prove their performance,’ achieved through thoughtful planning, close and frequent team communication, and integrative design and construction efforts. Together, we’ll unravel some of the early lessons learned, and brainstorm how to apply these concepts to your projects.
