For the 2026-2027 Society year, the Puget Sound ASHRAE Chapter would like to offer you the opportunity to sponsor our events and student scholarships while being recognized for your contribution throughout the year. Please review the levels of sponsorship available.

BAKER – Individual Meeting Sponsor ($1,000)
The Chapter will accept individual and corporate sponsors for Chapter monthly meetings and seminars to help cover event costs.
Benefits:
- For each $1000 donation, the sponsoring company name will be mentioned as a meeting sponsor beforehand in all meeting notices as well as on the Chapter website, at the event, and afterwards in newsletters.
CASCADE – $2500
Benefits:
- Small Company logo included on all event promotional materials (emails and social media).
- Small Company logo and homepage link featured on the Chapter website, with formal recognition at Chapter events and monthly meetings.
OLYMPIC – $4000
Benefits:
- Medium Company logo included on event promotional materials (emails and social media).
- Medium Company logo and homepage link featured on the Chapter website, with formal recognition at Chapter events and monthly meetings.
- Sponsor shall be provided with a total of (3) complimentary tickets redeemable for any of the (8) Chapter meeting in the ASHRAE calendar year.
RAINIER – $6000
Benefits:
- Large Company logo included on event promotional materials (emails and social media).
- Large Company logo and homepage link featured on the Chapter website, with formal recognition at Chapter events and monthly meetings.
- Sponsoring company shall be provided with a total of (5) complimentary tickets redeemable for any of the (8) Chapter meeting in the ASHRAE calendar year.
